Experience :
KC has more than 20 years of managerial experience in various accounting
works and other operational works i.e in both MNCs and SMEs. Over the
years, he held various portfolios such as from Manager - Finance &
Administration (10 years) , Group Accounting Manager (5 years) to Director-Finance
and Administration (2 years). He has set up many accounting systems
on budgetary control, supervised implementation of a number of accounting
software running on various platforms, undertaken a variety of projects
or tasks such as setting up factories overseas, introduced cost reduction
measures, tightening up credit control system, and so on. He has assisted
companies in negotiating with banks on banking facilities, conducted a
number of sensitivity analysis to improve margin/ROI, reduced inventory
level to improve cash flow, and introduced policies and procedures in
the effective management of assets and liabilities. He also handles secretarial,
tax, human resources, shipping and logistics.
KC has all along been in the real estate industry in Singapore, despite
having a full time job in the finance/accounting sector. He has
more than 10 years experience in the real industry. He passed the Common
Examination for Housing Agents in year April 1996 and was awarded CEHA
Certificate, Serial No: 00001. KC has a passion to assist clients
to look for `ideal' home with good location and amenities while he is
in the real estate profession.
